  This system is applicable individually in all areas in which hygiene, desinfection and smell destruction are wished. This procedure causes the electro-chemical- physical activation of water and salt.

  In this connection, on the basis of electrolytic processes the input materials water and salt are disassembled in two anodes and cathodes chambers seperated by a special diaphragm of each other temporarily.   The basis from aqua-convert is a Multi-Layer-Converter. With this special Converter it was only possible to produce a disinfectant with four named components.

  Schematic construction of the MLC-method:

  Core element of the aqua- convert- technology is extremly high-quality Multi- Layer- Convent (MLC) with different noble metal coatings and a special diaphragm.

  Besides, the disinfectant Aqualit with the active substances appears in the anode chamber: free chlorine, oxygen, ozone, and hydrogene peroxide.

For you as an operator of an aqua convert plant an important point with line of sight on the security of your assistants is the handling of completely harmless materials:- just only water and raw salt.
  • Compatible product: Aqualit corroding neither toxically nor. This is particulary pleasant for the operator, for the water consumer or bather and finally importantly for out environment.
  • Energy-saving: the Converter, e.g., of a 40- litre Aqualit ( production of approx. 40 ltr/h) have a power consumption of approx. 24 Wh.
  • At reasonable price: low salt consumption and power consumption as well as a simple operation of the technologys mean low running costs.
  • Variably: by modular constructions it is possible at any time to adapt the investment size to the respective requirements. Therefore, it is practicabel to disinfect also very big quantities of water.
  • Effectively: with 1 litre Aqualit, e.g., approx. 1.000 litres of clear drinking water can be disinfected. A 40-litre plant reaches therefore to the disinfection of approx. 40m? drinking water hours.
  • To serve lightly: few handles after our thorough installation are enough to pursue the plant certainly. Mostly the activity limits itself to refilling the saltwater container and few maintenance handles.
  • Extendable: by allready thousandfold proved measuring and control technology for the observance of the default to German Institute for DIN 19643 and the.
  The modular construction and the possible combination of this investment technology offers the most various application possibilities to the successful water treatment.

  The production of the Aqualit solution in a supply reservoir has the inestimable advantage that this disinfectant is available at the same moment for different ranges of application.

  It can therefor from the supply reservoir of an aqua-convert plant the disinfection for the e.g. cold water inlet, the warm water cycle and the same moment for the air-conditioner be inferred. Then the aqua-convert device must be supplemented only with the respective dosage with measuring and control unity for the observance of the limit values.

  With the investment sum is substantially reduced opposite single solutions. In different industrial operationals areas and e.g. also to swimming-pools the reproach is indispensable in disinfection for need tops.

  Cold water treatment and warm water treatment, why we recommend this to you
